  1. Glide over the ground with very little oscillation
  2. Slither the ground, going as near as touching it w/o touching it
  3. Land midfoot to forefoot
  4. Land in your center of gravity
  5. Run “nice and light”
  6. Run in an easy serene manner without an atom of wasted energy
  7. Quicken your strides – 180 steps per min
  8. Keep feet on ground for >15 millisecond (eyeblink)
  9.  When you are in the air you are depending on gravity to get you back down (stay low to the ground)
  10. Lean from the ankle, don’t bend at waist 
  11. Drive with your hips
  12. Proud carriage, head pulled from crown, back straight, straight ahead movement at the hip,
  13. Relax your face and hands
