Looking to improve your running technique, build speed, and enhance your overall fitness? Hideout’s Speed & Form Run Club is here to help! Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just starting out, our supportive community is designed to push you to new heights.
We meet every Sunday at 8AM at The Hideout Cafe in Edgewater for a dynamic 3-mile workout:
- 1-mile warm-up jog to loosen up.
- 1 mile of focused speed work, which could include 100m and 200m sprints, bridge/hill repeats, mile time trials, and various drills.
- 1-mile cool-down run back to The Hideout for post-workout refreshments and light bites.
Once a month, we meet at The Flamingo Track for dedicated track sessions to fine-tune your speed and form.
During race season, our race team gathers on Saturdays for Long Run Saturdays, focusing on endurance and race preparation.
