Hosted by NBA & Miami Heat legend Ray Allen, the 2017 Live Ultimate Seed Food & Wine 5K will take place on Saturday, November 4 at 8AM at the Mana Wynwood Convention Center in Miami, FL. 100% of proceeds benefiting Puerto Rico hurricane disaster relief in partnership with One Voice Live as broadcasted on NBC on October 14th. Beneficiary organizations include Hispanic Federation and United Way Miami-Dade.

Participants will receive a premium event t-shirt, green race swag bag, race bib, post-race food, drink, entertainment and more. After the run, join us for a complimentary yoga class and guided meditation. The SEED Tasting Village at Mana Wynwood will open to ticket holders at 11am so please come, invite your friends and family and make a conscious and healthy day of it in the beautiful Wynwood Arts District!

Race & Post-Race Party

Time: 5K Starts at 8AM

• 6:30-7:50am | Race Day Packet Pickup and Registration near start/finish line
• 8am | 5K Run & Walk starts promptly
• 8-10am | Post-Race Party
• 9am | Awards ceremony for Top 3 Overall M&F and Top Teams

3.1 mile (5km) Course will be open for 60 minutes to accommodate all levels of runners and walkers. The Post-Race Party will take place in the parking lot of Mana Wynwood Convention Center from 8:15-10:30am and feature food, drinks, music and more!

ABOUT THE RACE

Course Map – the 5 km (1 mile) course starts and ends at the spacious Mana Wynwood Convention Center and takes runners through the heart of the vibrant and eclectic streets of the Wynwood Arts District. We will have a water station at the half-way point and a pace team.

The run is chip-timed with disposable timing chips with official results available at the post-race party. See attached course map.

All participants will receive a premium event t-shirt, race bib with timing chip, post-race food, drinks and entertainment as well as a post-run yoga class and meditation.

The Seed Tasting Village will open to ticket holders at 11am. Combo tickets are available for both events at liveultimate.com/run.

Parking – is $10 onsite, first come first serve. 400 spots on-site and also over 400 metered street parking spaces around Mana Wynwood.

Awards – Awards will be presented for the Top 3 overall Male and Female finishers as well as the 3 largest teams and the 1 fastest team with the fastest team calculated by adding together the team’s top 4 runners finishing time. To qualify for a fastest team award your team must be mixed-sex. In lieu of age group awards, all race proceeds will be donated to a local charity benefiting those affected by Hurricane Irma.

Finisher Certificates – will be emailed to all participants post-race
